Anti-Mud Agent
近年来，高含泥量的砂被直接用于混凝土中，对混凝土的和易性、强度和耐久性等均造成不利的影响。公司经过多年科研立项攻关，研究出最新成果——抗泥剂，它是采用特殊分子组分、泥土分散组分、泥土吸附组分和离子络合组分合成的专用产品。该产品可以优先吸附在粘土颗粒表面，中和粘土的电荷，有效降低粘土对外加剂的吸附。试验表明，掺本抗泥剂的混凝土初始流动性和扩展度提高，坍落度经时损失明显降低，对粘土具有极佳的抑制作用。
一、Product properties
The improvement of concrete workability by anti-mud agent is reflected in the following aspects:
1、The fluidity of concrete: Anti-mud agent can substantially improve the anti-carbonization of concrete and stimulate the activity of admixture in concrete, thereby effectively improves the fluidity of concrete mixture and enlarges slump by 20~3omm to meet the construction requirements.
2、Cohesiveness of concrete: The anti-mud agent can improve the encapsulation performance of mortar to gravel and prevent the separation between mortar and gravel when pumping concrete, which is conducive to the improvement of cohesiveness of pumped concrete.
3、Water retention of concrete: The anti-mud agent can adjust the homogeneity and pumpability of pumped concrete, reduce the bleeding rate of concrete, and facilitate the construction.
二、Reference dosage
The dosage of anti-mud agent is small that the optimum dosage is determined by testing the workability of concrete. Generally, add 10~20kg anti-mud agent in 1 ton water reducing agent or pumping agent, which can effectively improve the segregation and bleeding of concrete. The mixing amount of the product is depended on actual silt content.
三、Packaging and storage
1、The product is packaged in metal bucket, 200 kg per barrel, or directly stored in a tank truck.
2、 IBC tank: 1000 kg/bucket. The product shall be stored in a cool place, the original seal at 0 ° C ~ 50 ° C is of 24-month warranty period, and product out of valid period can be used after being sampling and tested
四、Safety precautions
The product is non-toxic, non-corrosive and has no pollution to the environment.
If contact skin, rinse with water; if splash in eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
抗泥剂的用量少，最佳掺量需要根据混凝土的和易性要求进行试验确定，一般是每吨减水剂或泵送剂成品中，加入10～20kg抗泥剂，可以有效改善混凝土离析、泌水的现象。本品可根据含泥量情况增减用量。
抗泥剂对混凝土和易性的改善主要体现在：
1、混凝土的流动性：抗泥剂可以明显提高混凝土的抗碳化，同时激发混凝土中掺合料的活性，有效提高混凝土拌合物的流动度，使其坍落度增大20～30mm满足施工要求。
2、混凝土的粘聚性：抗泥剂能提高混凝土中砂浆对石子的包裹性能，不会在混凝土泵送时出现砂石分离，有助于提高泵送混凝土的粘聚性。
3、混凝土的保水性：抗泥剂能调节泵送混凝土的匀质性和可泵性，降低混凝土的泌水率，让施工更加流畅。
