Curing Agent (Emulsion)
The concrete using curing agent has good water retention. Under the condition of 5 °C ~ 40 °C, the concrete strength with curing agent exceeds that of concrete covered with straw bags, and the shrinkage is reduced by 45%, the bending strength is significantly enhanced. The concrete road using curing agent has the surface wear resistance improved by 30~40%. The concrete surface using the curing agent does not affect surface finishes. The product is non-toxic, non-combustible, non-corrosive, with simple construction process.
一、Application scope
1、The product is suitable for concrete curing under arid, waterless, hot and windy conditions.
In summer, the film color is close to white that can reflect sunlight radiation, which effectively reduces the surface temperature of concrete and forms a low temperature field to alleviate concrete shrinkage caused by even temperature, thereby reducing surface cracks and joints. The curing agent gives the shading and curing functions to the concrete.
2、The curing agent is suitable for large-area exposed concrete, such as highway road, airport runway, floor slab, dam, channel lining,
pipeline, chimney, cooling tower, etc.
3、The curing agent is suitable for various surfaces that are difficult with water spay maintenance, such as concrete panels, indoor
concrete floors, and mortar surfaces.
二、Use method
1、Plaster and smooth the surface of concrete or mortar without water (after the on-site concrete surface is dried out or the film is removed), the curing agent can be sprayed on the concrete.
2、Use a simple spray pump (agricultural sprayer or hand pump) to spray the product by 1~3 times until the product is evenly on the concrete surface, or use a roller to roll on the surface.
3、When spraying, the nozzle should be 30cm away from the concrete surface. After spraying, rinse nozzle and pipe with water to prevent blockage when reuse.
4、Do not spray the product in a rainy day. The rain after spraying the product cannot affect the curing effect. The film will be formed after 30 minutes, and the formation will be delayed with low temperature. The film can maintain the concrete for a long time, and it will self-fall off after half a year without stains or marks.
5、Dosage: 10~15kg/m2.
三、Packaging and storage
1、The product is packaged in metal bucket, 200 kg per barrel, or directly stored in a tank truck.
2、IBC tank: 1000 kg/bucket. The product shall be stored in a cool place, the original seal at 0 ° C ~ 50 ° C is of 24-month warranty period, and product out of valid period can be used after being sampling and tested.
四、Safety precautions
The product is non-toxic, non-corrosive and has no pollution to the environment.
If contact skin, rinse with water; if splash in eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
