Waterproofing Agent (aqueous solution and powder)
The waterproofing agent is mainly self-waterproof produced by using scientific techniques and physical and chemical properties of high-quality natural montmorillonite through a series of special processes such as chemical modification and surface activation. The product is composed of montmorillonite component SiO2, Al2O3 and an appropriate amount of resin modified powder. Add the product of 5% of cement in mortar and concrete to achieve permanent anti-seepage and anti-crack requirements.
一、Application scope
The waterproofing agent is applicable for all waterproof mortar projects, such as basement interior and exterior wall mortar waterproofing, various pools, pits, elevator shafts, roofing, slope roofing mortar or fine stone mixed concrete waterproofing projects.
二、Product properties
1、Impermeability: The agent integrates waterproofing and anti-seepage mechanisms such as compactness, water reduction, air entrainment, and water repellency and compensation shrinkage. It is used for filling and blocking the capillary pore passages of cement; which makes the cement mortar permeable pressure ratio up to 300%; the concrete impermeability grade reaches P25.
2、Crack resistance: The cement mortar has certain ductility and excellent water retention, improve the interface adhesion; improve the flexural strength of concrete; have appropriate micro-expansion, compensate shrinkage; can reduce the surface tension of the system, reduce the shrinkage; can reduce and alleviate the hydration heat, reduce the temperature difference shrinkage; have ion exchange performance, inhibit the alkali-aggregate reaction, improve the self-healing property, and improve the long-term crack resistance.
3、Strength: Under the premise of the same mixing ratio, the agent is used to reduce water consumption, improve the compactness, and increase early strength by more than 20%. The volcanic ash activity can continue to increase the late strength.
4、Durability: It can inhibit alkali-aggregate reaction, improve impermeability, water resistance, oil resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, anti-aging, anti-freeze-thaw cycle up to F175～F200, no corrosion and no rust to reinforcement, and the product can be durable as long as the engineering.
5、Environmental protection: the inorganic mineral materials are odorless, which meet the requirements of radionuclide limit and ammonia release limit standards, meet the requirements of drinking water recycling standards, and can absorb harmful gases, balance temperature and humidity, purify water and gas. It meets the requirements of national green building materials and healthy building materials standards.
6、Construction: The agent powder is packaged in bags which are easy to measure. The dosage of admixture is 5% of cement or cementitious materials; it can improve the workability, comprehensive performance of mortar and concrete; construction and maintenance are similar with ordinary cement mortar and concrete.
7、Low cost: It can shorten the construction period and reduce the process. It is a substitute of some rigid or flexible waterproofing materials, which can prolong the service life of cement mortar and concrete and reduce the maintenance.
三、Packaging and storage
1、The powder is packed in laminating plastic bags or in bulk packaging.
2、The aqueous solution agent is packed in metal bucket of 200kg/barrel, or stored directly in tank truck. The product shall be stored in a cool and dark place, the original seal at 0 ° C ~ 50 ° C is of 24-month warranty period, and product out of valid period can be used after being sampling and tested.
