HFHF concrete reducer (concrete synergist)
The application of various new concrete admixtures has improved the performance of concrete, promoted the development of new concrete technologies, and helped to save resources and environmental protection. It has gradually become an indispensable material for high-quality concrete.
Concrete reducer is an admixture that can effectively reduce the amount of cementitious material under the condition that the water-to-binder ratio is basically unchanged, the concrete slump and the 28d compressive strength are not reduced. The products have been carefully researched and developed by the company in conjunction with the German PE laboratory and Tsinghua University.
This product complies with JC/T 2469-2018 "Concrete Reducer" industry standard requirements, and is evaluated by authoritative organizations. It is a non-flammable, explosive and environmentally friendly chemical product that meets relevant standards.
一、作用机理:
从化工专业角度来看,减胶剂是一种分散剂。在混凝土里有水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰三种粉料,同时石子、砂子含泥量也比较高,添加减胶剂能让水泥、粉煤灰和矿粉在水中分散的更均匀,使它们水化的更充分。这样就可以在保持强度不变的情况下,起到节约胶凝材料的作用。
二、掺量
胶凝材料的0.6%(混凝土里的水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰三种材料统称为胶凝材料)。
每立方混凝土添加2kg左右。
三、使用效果
1、添加到混凝土里,可以减少水泥的用量。
2、每立方混凝土可减少30-40公斤水泥。
3、同时还可以提高混凝土的流动性,更容易泵送。提高混凝土的施工性能,有效减少工地工人私自加水的现象,现场混凝土强度更有保障。
4、可减少混凝土泵车的磨损,延长泵车的使用寿命。
5、增强混凝土包裹性,不容易离析,大大减少了混凝土因为离析而退回的概率。

七、产品的试验步骤和操作要点
第一步:配置基准空白样
(1)按照客户平常生产的混凝土配合比做基准空白样试验;
(2)记录基准空白样的坍落度、扩展度,观察7天、28天的强度。
例:1立方混凝土基准配合比如下表:

记录该对比样的坍落度、扩展度,观察7天、28天强度。
操作要点:
(1)为了保证试验的准确性,建议混凝土试配量在30L以上。
(2)将混凝土减胶剂和水掺在一起,搅拌均匀后加入。
(3)为了保证混凝土搅拌均匀,尽量采取机械搅拌,搅拌时间宜在3分钟以上。
(4)混凝土减胶剂建议掺量为胶凝材料的0.6%。
(5)基准样和对比样坍落度应该相同。
Operation points:

(2) Mix the concrete reducer with water, stir evenly and add.
(3) In order to ensure uniform mixing of concrete, mechanical stirring should be adopted as much as possible, and the stirring time should be more than 3 minutes.
(4) The recommended amount of concrete reducer is 0.6% of the cementitious material.
(5) The slack of the reference and comparison samples should be the same.
This product is developed by the German PE laboratory. It can improve the performance of concrete when reducing the cement consumption by 10%~15%. It is a high-tech energy-saving environmental protection product.
