HF-KF3 Mineral Powder Grinding Aid
HK-KF3 is an admixture added during the grinding process of mineral powder, which is used to improve various indicators such as the activity of mineral powder.
HF-KF3 is a high-temperature synthesized liquid admixture made from polycarboxylic acid polymer synthesis, petroleum-refined distillation material, and various organic surfactants.
一、Product physical properties
Appearance: brown liquid
Proportion (kg/L): 1.05-1.15
PH: 7.0—9.0
二、Recommended added ratio
The added amount of HF-KF3 is generally 300g per ton of cement.
三、Benefits
Mineral powder with HF-KF3 grinding aid can prevent ground particles from re-condensing (reduce over-grinding), improve the fluidity of the mineral powder, and enhance the efficiency of grinding mill and powder concentrator, thereby saving cost through reduction of power consumption of grinding mineral powder and cement. The productivity of cement grinding can be increased by 10%~20%, the power consumption can be decreased by 8~12 kWh. The activity index of 28 days is about 15%.
四、Use method
1、It can be added into the clinker on the proportioning belt or directly into the grinding mill.
2、In order to ensure the accuracy of added amount, it is recommended to use a metering pump.
3、Tool preparation: One stopwatch, one measuring cylinder (500-1000ml), one liquid metering pump.
4、Adding method: Add the grinding aid into the clinker on the proportioning belt, which is better to be closer to the inlet of the grinding mill.
5、The calculation method of adding amount: take a grinding mill with a capacity of 120 tons, the dosage is 0.10% as an example; 120 t/h x 1000 g/t cement = 120 kg/h (96.8 l/h). Use a measuring cylinder and a stopwatch to test the dose of 30 seconds is 800 ml.
五、Operational precautions
1、The product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-combustible, which has no special requirements for health and safety protective measures when using it.
2、It is recommended not to use welding to cut metal bucket. If the product is accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with plenty of water immediately.
3、It shall check the accuracy of adding amount of the grinding aid on a frequent base.
六、Packaging and storage
1、Packaging: Metal bucket or plastic tank.
2、With good packaging the service life of the product is 12 months.
