XY-CA polycarboxylic acid high-efficient pumping aid is the latest product developed by the company. Compared with other superplasticizer such as naphthalene, aliphatic, sulphamate, and sulfonated melamine, it has small admixture content, high water reducing ratio, and good working performance, which can greatly reduce the water-cement ratio of concrete and substantially improve the early and late strength. Concrete prepared by mixing the product has high strength, good compactness, impermeability, crack resistance, and is non-shrinking. The product can be used to prepare high-performance concrete and ready-mixed concrete with high fluidity, high strength and high impermeability. The product conforms to GB8076-2008, GB8077-2000, JG/T223-2007.

Compared with other superplasticizer such as naphthalene, aliphatic, sulphamate, and sulfonated melamine, it has small admixture content, high water reducing ratio, and good working performance, which can greatly reduce the water-cement ratio of concrete and substantially improve the early and late strength. Concrete prepared by mixing the product has high strength, good compactness, impermeability, crack resistance, and is non-shrinking. The product can be used to prepare high-performance concrete and ready-mixed concrete with high fluidity, high strength and high impermeability. The product conforms to GB8076-2008, GB8077-2000, JG/T223-2007.
二、Properties and features
1、The product has small admixture content with solid content of 0.1~0.3%. Its maximum water reducing rate exceeds 30%. It can improve the fluidity of cement paste and the slump loss of concrete under the condition of low water-cement ratio.
2、The slump gradual loss is small that the slump loss within 2 hours is less than 15%.
3、The product can substantially improve the workability of concrete, and improve the fluidity of concrete without bleeding and segregation. It can improve the bond strength of steel and concrete, making the concrete surface smooth.
4、The product has high adaptability to concrete that it has good adaptability to all cements on the market.
5、Under circumstance of the constant slump and original strength, the amount of the product mixed in cement is 1.0~3.0%, saving the cement consumption by 25%.
6、The product has good slump loss resistance that the compression strength of field concrete over 28 days is 35% higher than the benchmark concrete, which can comprehensively improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete and reduce cement hydration heat, substantially improve the concrete impermeability.
7、The product can be used to prepare C80 high-strength concrete, C60 high-strength concrete with a slump loss of 20-24cm, and self-compacting concrete without vibration. The concrete prepared by the product is non-sticky and has good performance.
8、The product can be used to prepare high-durability concrete with permeated-resisting mark greater than P20 or even P40.
9、The product can be used to prepare concrete with high frost resistance that the freeze-thaw resistance exceeds 300 times. It can be used to prepare high anti-carbonization concrete.
三、Applications and method
1、The product is suitable for the reinforced concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete prepared by Portland cements.
2、The product can be used to prepare high-performance concrete with high fluidity, high strength and high impermeability, self-compacting concrete without vibration, and pre-mixed commercial concrete.
3、Usage method and recommended admixture content: Directly mix XY-CA polycarboxylic acid high-efficient pumping aid into water or wet concrete, and the admixture content is 1.0-3.0% of cementing material. The optimal admixture content is determined by actual situation.

四、Packaging, storage and transportation
The product is liquid that is stored in 1000kg bucket or tank truck.
The product shall be stored in a dark place. The warranty period is 6 months. Product out of valid period shall be sampling and tested for use.
