二、Product properties
1.Good fluidity, no bleeding, no stratification;
2.The grout is saturated with high strength, slightly expanded;
3.Enable one-time grouting construction, and the cement paste in the duct is dense without porosity;
4.The pre-stressed steel bars are not corroded and are firmly bonded to the concrete.

四、Use method and precautions
1. The water-to-binder ratio of the product is controlled at 0.26~0.28;
2.First add 80%~90% of the mixing water in the mixer, start the mixer and add all duct grouting slurry while stirring slowly for 2 minutes, then add the remaining 10%~20% of the mixing water to stir for 2 minutes;
3.The time from stirring to grouting into the duct is determined by the temperature, generally in the range of 30~40 minutes;
4.The paste should be constantly stirred before use, the rotation speed of the mixer should be no less than 1000 r/min to sustain maintain the uniformity and fluidity of slurry;
5.The slurry temperature should be kept at 5℃-30℃, otherwise corresponding measures should be carried out to meet the conditions;
6. During construction, under high-temperature environment shall choose the time when the temperature is relatively lower, such as in the evening; under low-temperature environment, shall carry out measures for constructions in winter.
五、Packaging, storage and transportation
1.The product is packed in double-layer composite bag with a net weight of 40kg and a warranty period of 3 months;
2.The product should be protected from sunlight, and stored in a dry and ventilated indoor ambient on the pallet.
1、本产品水胶比控制在0.26~0.28；
2、首先在搅拌机中加入实际拌合水的80%~90%。开动搅拌机均匀加入全部孔道压浆料，边加入边慢速搅拌2min，然后加入剩下的10%~20%的拌合水，继续搅拌2min；
3、浆体自搅拌至压入孔道的时间视气温而定，一般在30~40min范围内；
4、料浆在使用前应连续搅拌，搅拌机转速不低于1000r/min，以维持浆体的均匀性和流动性；
5、压浆时浆体温度应保持在5oC-30oC之间，否则应采取相应的措施满足条件；
6、施工时，在高温条件下，应选择温度较低的时间，如夜间施工；在低温条件下，应按冬季施工处理。

1、流动性好，不泌水，不分层；
2、压浆饱满早强，微膨胀；
3、可一次性压浆施工，孔道内浆体密实无孔隙；
4、预应力钢筋不锈蚀，与混凝土粘结牢固。
