一、Product applications

The product is made of high-strength material as aggregate and cement as binder, supplemented by materials with high fluidity, slightly expansion, anti-segregation. It is used to the secondary grouting by equipment, beam, plate and column reinforcement, and road repair engineering.

 

二、Product properties

1.Excellent fluidity: the product can be self-flowing and compacting, without vibration, enabling simple construction and accelerating speed;

2.Good workability and cohesiveness: the product is featured with non-stratification, non-segregation and good water retention;

3.Micro-expansion: the casting body can be used for long time without shrinkage, and has strong bond strength, which ensures the tight connection between equipment and the foundation;

4.High strength: 7d strength is greater than 40 Mpa;

5.Good corrosion resistance: after soaking for 30 days, its strength can be increased by 10%, and its structure is denser and permeability is better;

6.Good durability: after millions of fatigue testing and 50 freeze-thaw cyclic testing, the strength has no significant change;

7.Suitable for winter construction: it allows outdoor construction at -10oC.

四、Use method

1.The suitable construction temperature is at -10oC~60 oC;

2.Roughen treatment is carried out on the structure surface of grouting slurry; there shall be no debris such as gravel, dust, oil and film agent;

3.Wet the structure surface before grouting, but no water (ponding) left;

4.Forming erecting: Erect formwork according to the grouting construction drawing, the joints between formwork and foundation, formwork and formwork shall be tight to prevent slurry leakage. If the slurry leakage happens during grouting process, it shall be treated in time;

5.Grouting material preparation: the solid content shall not exceed 11.5% of water;

6.Mechanical stirring is recommended: the mixing time is generally 1~2 min (do not use electric portable mixer). When using manual mixing, first add 2/3 of water and stir evenly, then add the remaining water and mix uniform;

7.The mixture amount is determined according to the actual use, and shall be used within 40 min;

8.When using on site: do not mix any admixture and addictive in to grout;

9.Maintenance: after the grouting is finished, wait for drying, trowel and polish the exposed surface. After 12 hours, sprinkle water or cover with wet straw bags, keep the moist state during the maintenance. The maintenance time is not less than 7 days.

 

五、Packaging and storage

1、The grout is packaged in composite plastic bag, the net weight per bag is 50kg±0.5kg;

2、The product shall be protected from water and moisture for transportation and storage;

3、The warranty period of the product is 6 months. Product out of valid period can be used after passed inspection.
