四、Use method

1.The surface of the structure shall be clean, without debris, dust, oil, mold release which affect the bonding;

2.Moisten the concrete surface 6 hours before grouting, and drain the water 1 hour before grouting;

3.The formwork erected shall not leak slurry. Prepare cotton yarn, and wooden wedge to treat slurry leakage. The formwork shall be fixed firmly, or grouted in segment to prevent expansion;

4.Grouting construction can use self-weight method, high-level funnel method, or pressure grouting method according to actual conditions;

5.Grouting material preparation: water-to-material ratio is 1:9 (1 kg of water is added in 9 kg of material), stir to even;

6.After the grouting is finished, the part to be removed shall be processed before the final setting of the grouting layer. Sprinkle curing agent or cover plastic film, lay out straw bag or rock wool board;

7.Consumer with special requirements (such as early strength concrete, negative temperature construction), the technical indicators shall be discussed in advance by the supplier and the buyer. The vibration of the running machine cannot be conveyed to the grouting layer before removing the formwork. The winter construction shall conform to Code for Acceptance of Constructional Quality of Concrete Structures GB50204.

五、Packaging and storage

1.The product is packaged in a composite plastic bag, the net weight per bag is 50kg±0.5kg

2.The product shall be protected from water and moisture for transportation and storage;

3.The product shall be stored in a dry place. The warranty period is 3 months. Product out of valid period can be used after passed inspection.
