二、Use method

1.Choose mixing amount of the product based on the project requirements, within the recommended amount, the more dosage the better crack resistance. The fiber itself is an inert material and will not react with other admixtures, thereby it has no special requirements for aggregate performance;

2.Add the product simultaneously with aggregates such as sand and stone;

3.As a secondary reinforcement material for concrete, XY-H modified polypropylene engineering fiber can substantially improve the crack resistance, impact resistance and abrasion resistance of concrete, as well as alleviate early plastic cracking to offset dry shrink internal stress produced in the hardening process of cement slurry, cement mortar or concrete;

4. Concrete: mix 0.9-1.2 kg of the product in 1 m3 of concrete; Cement mortar: mix 1.0 kg in 1,000 kg of cement mortar.

 

三、Application scope

The product is applicable for the anti-crack and impermeability of tunnel concrete, bridge engineering, subway engineering, airport runway, water project, top storey of building, interior and exterior walls, and basement.

 

四、Construction precautions

1.Mixing method and mixing time: Add the fiber simultaneously with sand, stone, cement, in the mixer, dry stir for 15 seconds first, then add water to mix 30 seconds. The mixing time can be extended by 15 seconds according to the uniformity of the mixture;

2.Slump adjustment: Add the fiber to increase the cohesion of concrete, and the slump of concrete decreases slightly. In order to improve the workability, it is recommended to increase water reducer in an appropriate amount. But it cannot be adjusted by adding water;

3.Pouring and paving: Prolonging the vibrating time by 20 seconds to compact concrete, which is more conducive to the 3-D distribution of the fiber;

 Plastering: Wait until the surface of the fiber concrete is hardened before plastering the surface. Do not use rough plaster tool to prevent scratching the fibers. The surface of concrete mixed with the fiber has small bleeding, because the even distribution of the fiber stops the movement of water. Do not spray too much water on the surface for the smoothness of the surface, nor plaster too many times.
