一、Product properties

1.Anti-cracking: The product can effectively improve crack resistance of concrete or mortar to non-structural cracks caused by factors such as plastic shrinkage, segregation, hydration heat, and high temperature stress. It can be used as a substitute or reinforcement material of anti-cracking steel mesh;

2.Impermeability: The product can effectively improve impermeability of concrete or mortar. It can be used as an effective rigid self-waterproofing additive. Add 0.05% of the product by volume can improve the impermeability by 60%;

3.Anti-wear: The product can substantially improve the wear resistance of surface of concrete or mortar, greatly reduce damages such as dust, phosphorus, flake peeling;

4.Enhance ductility: The product can greatly improve the ductility of concrete, improve deformation resistance, especially is of great significance for improving the vulnerability of high-strength concrete;

5. XY-S dura fiber improves the continuity and uniformity of concrete materials through enhancing the crack resistance of concrete. The fibers can form tiny pores distributed in the construction body to open water vapor channel and reduce internal stress and prevent bursting.

二、Dosage and application scope

1.Generally, the dosage per cubic meter of concrete is 0.9-1.0 kg;

2.Road concrete: highway road, toll station, airport runway, parking apron, bridge pavement, parking lot, etc.;

3.Industrial and civil construction concrete, mortar rigid anti-cracking self-waterproof, basement floor of high-rise building, side wall, warehouse, plant floor, dam, dock, pool, digestion tank, canal, etc., exterior wall plastering, concrete surface layer on metal sheet;

4.The embossing and joint sawing of concrete mixed with fiber shall be delayed half an hour or one hour compared with ordinary concrete, wait until the concrete mixed with fiber is hardened to prevent fiber scratches when sawing;

5.The product cannot replace structural reinforcement materials, nor reduce the main body size. It cannot be used to resolve the settlement independently. Construction cannot lower quality requirements because of the use of fiber, but construction and maintenance shall in accordance with national technical specifications.

三、Advantages and maintenance

3.Non-toxic, safe, non-magnetic rust, anti-corrosion and alkali resistant, economic and reliable;

4.There is no special requirement for the maintenance of concrete mixed with fiber. It can use the same maintenance method of ordinary concrete. The maintenance of special engineering and components shall comply with relevant regulations. Early maintenance cannot be neglected due to the mixture of the fibers.
