XY-S Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproofing Materials
XY-S crystalline waterproofing material is a gray powdery inorganic material composed of imported advanced technology, imported additives, Portland cement, selected quartz sand, microfibers and various polymer active chemicals. It has self-repairing waterproofing ability of cracks, thereby has a permanent waterproofing effect. It is a green waterproofing material that is non-toxic, odorless, and non-pollutive. 一、Product properties
1.The product is suitable for construction on wet base surfaces, and can be applied on the positive side or negative side;
2.The product has super penetrability that it can form crystalline inside the concrete, which is not easy to be destroyed;
3.It has strong water-pressure resistance with long-term impermeability, which has permanent waterproofing ability. It is an inorganic material and has no aging problem, which is durable as same as concrete. It has super self-healing ability, which can repair cracks less than 0.4 mm;
4.The coating does not affect the air permeability of concrete, and crystalline can block the penetration of water but does not block the air, keeping concrete structure dry;
5.The product can be used to enhance concrete strength, prevent freeze-thaw cycle, inhibit alkali aggregate reaction, prevent chemical corrosion to concrete structure, protect steel bars, and has no devastative expansion effect;

二、Application scope
The product can be applied in basements, kitchens and bathrooms, sewage pools, elevator shafts, water retaining walls, reservoirs, dams, swimming pools, aqueous solution, fire pools, cooling towers, warehouses, nuclear power plants, power stations, military facilities, subway tunnels, bridges, municipal projects, ship locks, port terminals, dock caissons, and anti-chemical attack concrete structures.
三、Packaging and storage
1.The product is packed in paper bags or barrels, 25 kg/bag;
2.The warranty period of the product under standard storage conditions. The product shall be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent moisture. It cannot be used if it is agglomerated.
