一、Product properties

1.The fibers in the product play a secondary strengthening effect in concrete, which hinders the generation of sedimentation cracks, and provides dual-protection for concrete with micro-expansion generated by expansion components in physical and chemical aspects, inhibiting cracks and preventing shrink, substantially improving the waterproofing and anti-cracking performance of concrete;

2.The product has additive effects of high anti-cracking and high anti-seepage, which prevent concrete from forming shrinkage stress in different stages, hinder the generation and development of cracks, and substantially strengthen the impact-resistance of concrete/mortar;

3.Using the product can obtain high-performance concrete with high strength, crack resistance, high impermeability, high wear resistance, high impact-resistance, and high durability, thereby extending the service life of buildings. The product has low chloride ion content and has no rust damage to reinforced concrete;

4.The product has strong adaptability to other admixtures and various cements. The product is chlorine-free, non-toxic, and harmless, has no corrosion to steel bars, and has no pollution to the environment.

二、Technical performance

1.Use amount: 4%~6% of the total mass of cementitious materials in concrete;

2.Setting time: initial setting ≥45min, final setting ≤10h;

3.Compressive strength: 7d≥20Mpa，28d≥40Mpa;

4.Fiber properties: tensile strength ≥270Mpa, elastic modulus ≥3000Mpa;

5.Product testing standards: Q/WSY 005-2011.

三、Application scope

1.The product is widely applied in projects such as waterproof engineering, highway roads, tunnels, reservoir dams, and special anti-seepage and anti-explosion;

2.The product is especially suitable for the preparation of compensation for shrinkage concrete, rigid structural self-waterproof concrete, ultra-long reinforced concrete structure seamless design and construction, mass concrete and other special engineering with anti-cracking and anti-seepage technology requirements.

四、Precautions

1.The mixing ratio of the product in concrete is the same as that of ordinary concrete, and it is recommended to test according to engineering requirements and raw materials before use;

2.Feeding in in accordance with ordinary concrete feeding order, and extend the mixing time appropriately to ensure the uniformity of mixture;

3.Continuously pour concrete without over vibration, missed vibration, but evenly compact vibration

4.The maintenance is the same as that of ordinary concrete. Before the final setting, it shall strengthen the plastering and polishing, and apply hydrating maintenance as soon as possible;

5.The product is packed in bulk package or laminating plastic bags. The product shall be stored in a dry place to prevent moisture;

6.The warranty life of the product is 6 months. Product out of valid period can be used after testing, please consult the manufacture for the use method.
