Chromium Removal Agent (aqueous solution & powder)

The soluble hexavalent chrome is the most toxic because it has strong oxidizing property and ability to penetrate human tissues, which can cause severe harm to human body, result in skin pain and ulceration, forming intractable cement dermatitis or eczema. It can also contaminate soil and result in infertile land and undrinkable groundwater. The content of soluble hexavalent chrome in the existing cement clinker or cement is relatively high at 5~30 ppm. China has issued laws and regulations to resolve the soluble chrome issue in the cement industry that the soluble hexavalent chrome content in cement must be controlled below 10 ppm (mg/kg). Therefore, the development of high-efficiency special chromium removal agent for cement is an important issue.

一、Product performance and properties
The advantages of chromium removal agent are of the following aspects:

二、Reference dosage
The dosage of chromium removal agent is small, and the optimum dosage is determined by testing the initial chromium ion concentration of the cement. Generally, the reduction of 1 ppm chromium per ton of cement needs adding 10~100g chromium removal agent, which meets the requirements of national standard GB31893-2015. The product has no adverse effect on cement performance.
三、Packaging and storage
1、The powder agent is packed in laminating plastic bag or in bulk packaging.
2、The aqueous solution agent is packaged in metal bucket, 200 kg per barrel, or directly stored in a tank truck. The product shall be stored in a cool place, the original seal at 0 ° C ~ 50 ° C is of 24-month warranty period, and product out of valid period can be used after being sampling and tested.
