High-Efficiency Cement Grinding Aid

Scenario: Used in addition to existing grinding aids.

Case 1:

Cement Plant: **** Cement Co., Ltd. (2023 actual output: 2 million tons).

Existing Usage: Red Lion 0.1% liquid grinding aid + Henan Zhongbao 0.5% powder grinding aid.

Additional Use: Our High-Efficiency Cement Grinding Aid.

Results: Reduced clinker usage by 50 kg per ton of 42.5-grade cement; increased hourly output from 265 tons to 290 tons (Mill spec: Ø3.8m x 13m L).

Case 2:

Plant: Haiyan (Zhejiang) Qinshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. (2023 output: 10 million tons).

Existing Usage: Liquid grinding aid.

Additional Use: Our Model 1023EW-15 High-Efficiency Cement Grinding Aid (0.15% dosage).

Results: 3-day strength increased by 3.4 MPa (28-day strength not monitored due to high slag content).

Case 3:

Plant: Shanghai Zhangyan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. (2023 output: 2 million tons).

Existing Usage: Liquid grinding aid.

Additional Use: Our Model 1012EW-15 High-Efficiency Cement Grinding Aid (0.15% dosage).

Results: 3-day strength increased by 5.4 MPa; 28-day strength increased by 5.1 MPa.
