Ultrafine Powder Grinding Aid / Slag Grinding Aid / Steel Slag Grinding Aid

A liquid additive synthesized at high temperatures from polycarboxylate polymers, petroleum distillation products, and various organic surfactants.

I. Physical Properties: Appearance: Brown liquid; Density (kg/L): 1.05-1.15; pH: 7.0-9.0.

II. Benefits: Increases hourly output by 10%-20%, reduces power consumption by 8-12 kWh/t, improves 7-day and 28-day activity index by about 15% by reducing re-agglomeration and improving fluidity.

III. Usage Method: Drip onto clinker on the feed belt or directly into the mill. Use a metering pump for accuracy.

IV. Precautions: Non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable. No special health/safety requirements. Avoid welding near drums. Rinse eyes with water if contacted.

V. Packaging & Storage: Iron drums or plastic tanks. 12-month shelf life. Anti-static effect varies; test for specific materials.
