Desulfurization and Denitrification Additive
At present, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification from kilns generally adopt limestone-gypsum desulfurization and NH₃ selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification. However, the separate treatment of SO₂ and NO presents issues such as large land occupation, complex equipment, high investment and operating costs, low utilization value of by-products, and secondary pollution, making it difficult to meet increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. Therefore, the development of cost-effective integrated desulfurization and denitrification technologies has become a key focus of research and development among relevant enterprises worldwide.
The integrated desulfurization and denitrification chemical additives developed by our company combine desulfurization and denitrification into a single process flow. This not only simplifies the process and equipment with a compact structure, but also reduces by-products, construction costs and operating expenses.
I. Product Performance Features
- Simple process and convenient operation: The desulfurization and denitrification agent is sprayed into an appropriate position in the kiln furnace via a powder conveying system to achieve desulfurization and denitrification.
- Low one-time project investment: The one-time investment in equipment required for this technology is only 15%~30% of that for traditional desulfurization and denitrification methods such as limestone, dual-alkali and liquid ammonia processes.
- Low operating cost: The combined operating cost of integrated desulfurization and denitrification is low.
- Excellent treatment effect: The emission concentrations of SO₂ and NO in boiler flue gas can be simultaneously reduced to meet or even fall below the latest national flue gas emission standards, with controllable adjustment according to enterprise requirements.
- No by-products and no secondary pollution: It reduces labor intensity and eliminates expenses such as waste removal, secondary pollution treatment and wastewater treatment.
- Energy-saving effect: After application, ash deposition and coking on boiler tube walls are removed, accelerating heat conduction and reducing heat loss. This achieves energy savings of 1%~3% for mild ash deposition and coking, and up to 4%~7% for severe cases.
II. Packaging and Storage
- Powder products are packaged in film-coated plastic woven bags or supplied in bulk.
- Liquid products are packaged in iron drums (200 kg per drum) or stored and transported directly by tank trucks. Store in a cool place. When sealed in original packaging, the shelf life is 24 months at 0℃~50℃. Products beyond the shelf life shall be re-sampled and tested before application.
III. Safety Instructions
This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly.
- In case of skin contact: Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- In case of eye contact: Rinse with clean water immediately and seek medical attention promptly.
