Concrete Water-Reducing Agent (Concrete Efficiency Enhancer)

Also known as sand/stone regulator, low-carbon agent, homogenizing agent. Allows reduction of cement content by approximately 10% while maintaining or improving mechanical performance and durability, supporting national carbon peak/carbon neutrality goals. Complies with industry standard JC/T2469-2018.

I. Mechanism: A lubricating surfactant that improves fluidity, allowing increased aggregate content and reduced cement usage.

II. Effects: Improves fluidity (reducing water addition on-site), enhances cohesion (reducing segregation and returns), reduces residue in mixer trucks, reduces binder content by ~10%.

III. Dosage: 0.6%-1.2% of binder weight, typically 2kg-4kg per cubic meter of concrete.
